Alongside my journey of relentless job hunting and diverse work experiences, I've cultivated strong public speaking and leadership skills through Toastmasters, where I've learned to turn personal stories into powerful messages.  Speaking with confidence is not only about educating, updating or informing people but it is the ability to inspire and influence people. It is establishing rapport with any audience, building connections and using humour to engage and make me smile and listen.

Through my own life, I have gone from a quiet, shy introvert to a confident speaker, who likes a challenge and has taken on many leadership roles. I have learnt that the biggest obstacle to having success and also our own wellbeing in life is confidence, having confidence to believe in what the value and importance of what we believe and have to say.

I have become an advocate for Toastmasters as one way to improve your  confidence, public speaking and leadership because of its

I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, with a rich background supporting various mental health and social care charities. I'm a proud supporter of the Mental Health Warriors show, that raises awareness of mental heath issues. As so often giving people a platform to talk and the confidence to share is a powerful way to amplify voices and stories that matter.

I have learnt that we need two things to reach our own personal goals in life and achieve success in what ever area matters to us - the right skillset and the right mindset but it is the mindset that often holds us back the most and the hardest thing to change.

Once, you develop a confidence mindset, you start a journey where anything is possible. Like all things, self improvement and self development is a never ending journey of learning and practice.

From hesitation to inspiration, your jouney from from Self-Doubt to Self-Assured awaits.
